At 12.40 P.M. of 15th September, all staff from Senior High Department of Anqing Foreign Language School gathered together at the Lecture Hall to attend the dedicated meeting with regard to the ‘Excellent Lesson per Teacher& Top Teacher per Lesson’ event. The meeting was chaired by Senior High Director Qian Zhihong, who unscrambled relevant issues in the meantime. Also in attendance were Senior High Directors Xu Haihong and Cao Siqing.
First of all, Director Qian Zhihong emphasized the significance of the event and called upon all teachers to positively participate in it so that they would promote their professional skills.
Second of all, Director Qian addressed the arrangements of the superior-quality class appraisal as follows: online class demonstration（September,2016）;evaluation in county level（October,2016）;appraisal in municipal level（October,2016）.
Third of all, Director Qian Zhihong laid emphasis on the related procedures, including the number of teachers, the range of the teaching materials, the steps in addition to the contents of the demonstration lesson.
In addition, Director Qian arranged the specific details to make it more practicable, which requested all staff to enroll in the program with more than 50% ratio of the public class online. Other than that, each teaching& research group was supposed to make elaborate plans beforehand.
To sum up, all teachers earnestly acquired the spirit of this meeting and made clear their working directions as well as working tasks. Therefore, the event of ‘Excellent Lesson per Teacher& Top Teacher per Lesson’ obtained favorable effect.
